BRIDGE LANGUAGE

Switzerland is often viewed as an exemplary model for a multilingual and multicultural society. Our system with four official national languages is unique in the world. And yet it is becoming increasingly clear that a fifth language will assert itself as a bridge language: the global language of business, English. In his documentary film «ZwischenSprach (Bridge language)», the director Samir portrays people who have grown up between the languages.
